JobsForHer Foundation, a Charitable Trust launched in 2018, is dedicated to enhancing the status of women in the workplace and beyond. Located in Bengaluru, the foundation is dedicated to promoting positive transformation and ensuring equal opportunities for women throughout India.

Our Vision and Mission

With a keen understanding of the importance of enabling women, the trust is on a mission to foster their career advancement and beyond. This involves unlocking their untapped potential and enhancing self-confidence through initiatives in education, skill development, and facilitating connections with various opportunities on HerKey.

herShakti

herShakti is a first-of-its kind government-industry consortium to upskill women in emerging technologies. This program is presented in collaboration with the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission (KDEM), under its W@W -Women at Work initiative, Infosys, UI Path, Broadridge

Managed by the JFH Foundation, this program is tailored for returnee women and starters, offering a comprehensive learning experience in future technologies and professional skills. All this is made possible with the backing of the JFH Foundation’s commitment to fostering growth and development.

About the Club 

The DivHERsity.club is a member-only community for leaders (and risers) for whom having a diverse and inclusive workplace isn’t just a nice-to-have, it’s a must-have. It’s a platform for productive discussions around important DEI issues that corporate India is facing today.

Who’s it for?

Membership is open to D&I leaders, HR, Talent Recruitment Heads, Learning & Employee Network-related professionals from employers. VPs/AVPs, HODs, Directors, Executives, CXOs, Founders & Leaders across industries, domains, and functions.

The Team

Neha Bagaria

Managing Trustee, JobsForHer Foundation

Neha Bagaria is the managing Trustee, at JobsForHer Foundation –  a Charitable Trust launched in 2018, is dedicated to enhancing the status of women in the workplace and beyond.

Neha Bagaria is also the Founder & CEO of HerKey – India’s largest career engagement platform for women, that unlocks opportunities, learning, and communities for women by connecting them with career champions. Neha founded HerKey (formerly JobsForHer) in 2015 after taking a 3.6-year break from her own career when she had her children. 

A Wharton graduate, Neha’s previous work experiences include being the Founder of an educational company Paragon to bring the Advanced Placement Program to India and working at Kemwell, a biotech company, in the fields of HR, Finance and Marketing strategy. 

Her exceptional achievements have earned her recognition and accolades in various prestigious lists. She was featured in Forbes India’s WPower Trailblazers list, which honours 25 remarkable women achievers, as a game-changer and innovator who is breaking stereotypes. She has also been honoured with the esteemed BusinessLine Changemaker Awards 2023 for her outstanding contributions to Social Transformation in India.

Neha is based in Bangalore and is a mother to two athletic boys. She is an avid traveller and adventure sports junkie.

Ashok Pamidi

Project Head – herShakti

Ashok is a 30-year industry veteran. In his latest stint he was CEO of NASSCOM Foundation. Previously, he worked with IBM as Geo Expansion Leader & in HP 

(Hewlett Packard) as a Transformation Leader. He has been involved as a strategic thought leader with various forums from around the world.
